Hal tersebut sebagai upaya peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Terutama dalam menghadapi perubahan sosial, budaya, dunia kerja, dan kemajuan teknologi di era revolusi industri 4.0.
BRI bekerja sama dengan Kemendikbudristek membuka program magang Kampus Merdeka Cycle 6 pada tahun 2024. Program ini dibuka untuk para mahasiswa aktif D3/D4/S1 minimal semester 5 di perguruan tinggi. Terutama dengan kualitas pembelajaran yang tentunya sangat memadai.
Direktur Human Capital BRI Agus Winardono mengtakan, perseroan secara terbuka menerima mahasiswa yang ingin menimba ilmu. Dan pengalaman melalui program Magang Kampus Merdeka.
“Mahasiswa dari berbagai disiplin ilmu berkesempatan untuk mendapatkan pengalaman dunia kerja dari salah satu BUMN terbesar, yaitu BRI. Program ini memberikan banyak manfaat. Seperti mentor dari professional yang berdedikasi di bidangnya. Selatihan sesuai dengan bidang ilmu, sertifikat magang, project yang jelas dan terarah, penguatan relasi dan koneksi,” jelas Agus.
Dalam program ini, BRI menyiapkan 3 project meliputi HC Specialist yakni Digital Banking Development, Ecosystem & Operation; dan Business Development. Project tersebut dapat diikuti dengan berbagai jurusan.
Cara Mengikuti BRILiaN Internship Program
Untuk detail posisi dan informasi projectnya dapat diakses melalui Instagram resmi Human Capital BRI @lifeatbri, akun LinkedIn resmi PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk.
Selain itu di website https://kampusmerdeka.kemdikbud.go.id/, dengan periode pendaftaran magang Kampus Merdeka Cycle 6 Tahun 2024 telah dibuka sejak 1 November 2023 hingga 15 Desember 2023.
Program ini dilakukan secara gratis/tanpa dipungut biaya. Semua calon pendaftar akan diseleksi screening administrasi, Brilian Internship Test dengan menggunakan platform, dan interview akhir/study case.
Melalui program ini, diharapkan nantinya dapat mencetak para profesional muda yang berdedikasi tinggi, loyal, dan penuh tanggung jawab.
Sehingga BRI dapat berkontribusi lebih untuk Memberi Makna Indonesia melalui pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) atau Human Capital yang diimplementasikan melalui program “Magang Kampus Merdeka”.
Dengan demikian, program ini akan lebih mengembangkan bakat-bakat para generasi muda lebih optimal dalam menghadapi dunia kerja.***
